Dansk Supermarked needed to convert from a traditional brick and mortar retailer to a contemporary omni-channel retailer. This has high impact on the organisation and on the IT-system landscape. Osudio, jointly with the Dansk Supermarked IT organisation, took over the hybris installation that was implemented by a previous partner in order to become future proof and face the challenges that the conversion to an omni-channel require.
Osudio was selected for its knowledge in retail user experience, concept development, graphic design and experience implementing and integrating hybris with SAP. Osudio and the Dansk Supermarked team jointly are responsible for software development the omni-channel hybris platform and integration with the SAP back office.
