Osudio strengthens organization to support further growth

Mark Blockhuys and Roy Machielsen, Osudio employees for 20 and 10 years respectively, will both take on the daily management of the Benelux and Denmark as managing director. The team from Amsterdam, Diepenbeek, Eindhoven and Copenhagen will work more closely together so that customers can be served more effectively with a better integrated services portfolio. The German-Swiss operation is already organized similarly since 2018 and is managed by Stefan Herold and Ralf Außel.

The management of Osudio has decided to implement several organizational changes to continue to implement the growth strategy successfully. In the current set-up the Osudio organization consists of 6 countries (Belgium, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland) that are centrally managed by the Osudio board. In the new set up, Osudio will be divided into three regions: Benelux and Denmark, DACH and Spain. This set up guarantees scalability and allows talented and experienced Osudians to develop their careers and push the Osudio growth.

The current board, consisting of Peter van Reijmersdal, Luc Box and Victor Terpstra, will operate as a strategic holding in the future. From this holding, they will develop further strategic initiatives within Osudio and its parent company SQLI and act as an executive board for Osudio.

“With this step, the day-to-day management comes into the hands of two very experienced colleagues who have earned their spurs for years in assisting clients and colleagues. This makes the current board available for strategic projects within the group and the creation of further synergies. This is an excellent opportunity for Osudio and SQLI ”.(Didier Fauque, CEO SQLI Group)
